Learn About Cannabinoids

Discover the science behind hemp-derived cannabinoids. Each compound offers unique properties and potential benefits. Use the navigation below to jump to any cannabinoid, or scroll through to explore them all.

Delta-8 THC

Delta-8 THC occurs naturally in hemp in very small amounts. Most commercial Delta-8 is converted from legal CBD through a chemical isomerization process. Compared to Delta-9, Delta-8 is typically described as a softer, clearer experience with lower intensity at comparable doses. Effects vary by person, dose, and product format.

Our Delta-8 products are sourced from US-grown hemp and third-party lab tested on every batch. Federally compliant under the 2018 Farm Bill.

Delta-9 THC

Delta-9 THC is the cannabinoid most people associate with traditional cannabis. Under the 2018 Farm Bill, hemp-derived Delta-9 is federally legal when the source hemp contains less than 0.3% Delta-9 by dry weight. In practice, that means products like gummies can contain meaningful hemp-derived Delta-9 doses while remaining compliant.

Our Delta-9 products use live resin extraction, which preserves the original plant's terpene profile. Every batch has a public Certificate of Analysis on its product page.

Delta-10 THC

Delta-10 is a hemp-derived THC analog produced through similar processes used for Delta-8. It's often positioned as more energizing than Delta-8, closer to a sativa-style experience in anecdotal reports.

Research on Delta-10 is thinner than on better-established cannabinoids, so descriptions of its effects are mostly user-reported. Federally compliant when derived from legal hemp.

Delta-11 THC

Delta-11 is a common shorthand for 11-hydroxy-THC, the metabolite your liver produces when it processes regular THC. It's why edibles tend to feel different, and last longer, than inhaled cannabis.

Selling Delta-11 as a direct ingredient is newer in the market than most other THCs. Users often describe the effects as longer-lasting and more body-focused than equivalent Delta-9 doses. Lab tested and federally compliant.

HHC

HHC (hexahydrocannabinol) is a hydrogenated form of THC. The hydrogenation process makes the molecule more shelf-stable, so it doesn't break down as quickly from heat or UV light.

HHC binds to cannabinoid receptors similarly to traditional THC but with a different intensity curve. Users often describe the effect as somewhere between Delta-8 and Delta-9. Research on long-term effects is limited. Federally compliant when derived from hemp.

THCA

THCA is the raw, unheated acid form of THC found in the cannabis plant. On its own, it's non-intoxicating. Applying heat (smoking, vaping, or cooking) converts THCA to Delta-9 THC through a process called decarboxylation.

That's why THCA products are sold as concentrate or flower: you heat them during use, which activates the conversion. Our THCA concentrates are federally compliant at the time of shipment, measured raw. Third-party lab tested on every batch.

THCP

THCP (tetrahydrocannabiphorol) is structurally similar to Delta-9 THC but binds more strongly to the body's cannabinoid receptors. Research estimates put the binding affinity at roughly 30 times that of Delta-9. Small amounts can produce noticeably stronger effects than equivalent doses of traditional THC.

Products typically use lower concentrations to account for this. Start low, especially if you're new to THCP. All our THCP products are derived from federally compliant hemp and lab tested for potency and purity.

THCH

THCH (tetrahydrocannabihexol) is a less-studied hemp-derived cannabinoid. Structurally it's related to THC but with a different side chain length, which appears to change how it interacts with cannabinoid receptors.

Research on THCH is thinner than on better-established cannabinoids. Effect descriptions are largely anecdotal. Our THCH products are federally compliant, third-party lab tested, and formulated at conservative potencies given how new the cannabinoid is to market.

CBD

CBD (cannabidiol) is the non-intoxicating cannabinoid that drove the early hemp legalization wave. It doesn't produce the intoxication that THC-family cannabinoids do, which is why it's sold federally without age restrictions in most states (we still require 21+).

CBD is often used alongside other cannabinoids. In full-spectrum products, it shows up as a supporting ingredient; in CBD-isolate products, it's the whole show. Every CBD product we ship has a public COA on its product page.
