Shipping policy

We ship every order from our facility in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Here's what to expect.

Processing Time

Orders ship within 24 to 48 hours of being placed. We operate Monday through Friday, so orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.

Carriers

We ship via UPS, USPS, and FedEx. The carrier and service are selected at checkout based on your destination and chosen shipping speed.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is free on orders over $75. Orders below that amount ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

Delivery Times

Standard ground delivery typically arrives within 3 to 5 business days after shipping. Expedited options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you haven't received tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, please reach out via our Contact page.

Age Verification

All customers must be 21 or older to purchase from this Site. We verify age at checkout via AgeChecker.net. Orders that fail verification will not be shipped and will be refunded.

Domestic Only

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. We do not ship internationally.

Restricted States

Some products cannot be shipped to certain states due to local regulations:

Delta 8 products are not available for shipment to: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia.

THCA products are not available for shipment to: Hawaii, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please reach out within 7 days of the delivery date through our Contact page. Include your order number and any tracking details, and we'll work with the carrier to make it right. See our Refund Policy for full claim details.

Address Changes

We can update shipping addresses on orders that haven't shipped yet. Reach out as soon as possible if you need to change yours. Once a package has been handed to the carrier, the destination cannot be changed.
