Refund policy

We want every order from Higher Education to land right. If something doesn't, here's how we make it right.

Unopened Products

We accept returns on all unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Once we receive the returned items, we'll process your refund to the original payment method.

Damaged on Arrival

If your order arrives damaged, we'll replace or refund the affected items at no cost to you. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve them quickly. Photos help us move fast.

Other Refund or Credit Requests

Anything outside the above is handled on a case-by-case basis. Reach out through our Contact page with your order number and a brief description, and our team will work with you to find a fair resolution.

How to Submit a Claim

  1. Visit our Contact page.
  2. Include your order number, what's wrong, and (for damage claims) photos of the issue.
  3. We'll respond within one business day with next steps.
